I used to slap on an SPF 8 over my whole body and face and tan like you wouldn’t believe, now I do things VERY differently. I actually try to avoid the sun and when I am in the sun I use a natural sun cream with a SPF of 30 at a minimum. Green People’s lotions are amazing and don’t contain any carcinogenic’s or nasties.
