For a while I had seen Evolve Organic Beauty pop up on my instagram feed and their simple yet stylish branding caught my eye. I also noticed they use a lot of glass jars in their packaging, reducing amount of plastic waste, which also makes their products more appealing. I had been looking for an organic face mask for a while, so after browsing on their website, I decided to give their Radiant Glow Face Mask a go.

Being a thick chocolatey mask, made from raw cacao it smells SO good that I could literally eat it. So much so, that the first time I used it I had to go downstairs and make a raw cacao hot chocolate, to feed my craving!
As much as I love this product, this face mask is not the easiest of face masks to apply, as it is made of super thick goodness. After my first application, I realised that some people actually apply this with a spatula or brush, (probably a sensible idea) I obviously didn’t do that, I just delved straight in with my fingers and applied a layer all over my face. Be prepared though, this face mask can make a bit of a mess and I would recommend using a dark towel or flannel to remove it or you can wash it off in the shower, which is a much better idea.
How to apply;
Not only do I love the smell of this face mask, but after I rinse it off my skin always feels so soft and smooth. I’ve also found that it helps to even out my skin tone and removes any blemishes. It’s an exfoliator and face mask in one, so I would recommend using it weekly in-between your usual facial routine to get the best results.
Key Ingredients;
Raw Cacao is high in antioxidants which help protect the skin and improve hydration and complexion.
It is also high in magnesium, vitamin C and the fatty acid Omega 6. These promote cell repair and rejuvenation.
Sweet Almond Oil, rich in Vitamin A, E and Bs, has high moisturising, emollient and nourishing properties. It is easily absorbed and leaves skin nourished and not tacky.
Blueberry Particles – Our blueberry particles are produced from the waste seeds obtained from the juicing industry. They are frozen at source to preserve their high level of nutrients after which the seeds are pressed to extract the oils. The remaining seeds are then freeze dried and crushed to create the exfoliating particles that delicately buff away dead skin cells leaving skin smooth, soft and brightened.
