Christmas Ginger & Almond Energy Balls

  • 1 cup (80g) Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup of Almonds
  • 4 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 1/2 tsp of Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds


  1. Place the almonds and rolled oats into a food processor and blend into a fine meal. Add the remaining ingredients, minus the sesame seeds and mix until well combined.
  2. Place the ingredients into the fridge for about 20 minutes to help stiffen them.
  3. Remove from fridge and roll into 12 even-sized balls, then roll into sesame seeds so each ball is coated.
  4. Enjoy immediately or store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.
