3-Ingredient Dark Chocolate Ice Cream
- 2 date pitted Medjool date (soaked in boiling water for 10-15 minutes if hard or dried)
- 2 cups Coconut milk
- 3 tbsp Raw Honey
- 1 cup Raw Cacao powder
- Process dates in a food processor until smooth.
- Add the coconut milk, honey, and raw cacao and blend until smooth.
- Stir in any additional ingredients you want to add for texture or flavor
- Pour into a freezer-proof container and freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
