3-Ingredient Dark Chocolate Ice Cream

  • 2 date pitted Medjool date (soaked in boiling water for 10-15 minutes if hard or dried)
  • 2 cups Coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp Raw Honey
  • 1 cup Raw Cacao powder


  1. Process dates in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Add the coconut milk, honey, and raw cacao and blend until smooth.
  3. Stir in any additional ingredients you want to add for texture or flavor
  4. Pour into a freezer-proof container and freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
  5. Scoop and happily indulge in the amazing creamy sweet goodness.
  6. Optional add-ins: 1/2 tsp cinnamon, a few drops of peppermint oil, cacao nibs, chocolate chips, chopped nuts, and frozen berries.
